Id say that you need to change up your tactic. If the fish are simply lookin away you are obviously doing something wrong. Because I've never been to the lake I can't tell you exactly what to do but I'd say to just try out different styles, colors, and retrieves until you find something that works. I do suggest you try a dropshot or something finesse out though. Good Luck
