  1. It won't catch you any more fish than a standard chatterbait. Just has all the bells and whistles (premium hook/snap/skirt/bait keeper/paint).
  2. Another vote for the Shimano. With most Shimano's, once you get the brakes set, you never have to adjust the internal brakes again. Furthermore, most Shimano's are basically set from the factory. Just set your spool tension knob, use your thumb, and you're set.
  3. What a trip. This is a bucket list trip for me, for sure.
  4. I'd be getting that Daiwa Procyon with the current sale pricing.
  5. I'd be getting myself a nice new rod or reel with $250. The new Curado and a bulk spool of Fluorocarbon could be had with that.
  6. These look great. I really like the bluegill patterns.
  7. Mend It works great for fixing plastics. Some crazy glue in the head of a Keitech after they start tearing can help too. Just make sure to keep a lighter on you to burn off the dried glue after you're done with the bait.
