Learning to use topwaters on the first drop this fall on nothing looking clay banks without visible structure. But that bite starts dying once the sun comes up. wondering what square bill or other lure would be more efficient once the sun comes up. I would think it needs to be a lure that stays above their head and will get a reaction bite. Clear but stained water. I am catching quality but not quantity.( 5 to 6 bites) But would like to catch those same kinds of fish later in the day. Since these banks look like nothing the bass are hanging just off the first drop
