Here is a snapshot. Slightly later on he shows his trophy which looks pretty heavy to me. Do you think the video shows what the rod is capable of or Shimano just took a chance and sacrificed the rod in order to fish me to the Shimano Mall? Thank you

Hi, I'm new here and just started fishing. I bought Shimano coltsniper s1000xh 3 piece - max jig 120 grams, max plug 100 grams. The rod is very solid but it doesn't say how heavy fish I can land when standing 1 meter above water. Catching a big fish and braking the rod in the process is not very funny I guess. Would someone please advice on what to pay attention to before making judgement. Thank you
