I fish the Susquehanna River in Pennsylvania in specific spots. But, I'm not very familiar with all around baits to throw to catch more, and bigger Smallmouth Bass, specifically in the spring. Was wondering if anyone had any tips on baits, suggestions, or tricks to put more Smallmouth in the boat on the Susquehanna River! Thanks again.

I've never had much success at all with Bass Jig fishing (football head, swim jig, finesse jig) and I've been wanting to start getting big into it due to the fact that it's a quality fish catcher, as well as a numbers producer. I own many jigs already (black/blue, green pumpkin, etc. all football jigs), therefore I'm just asking for some inside tips to catch more fish on them! Was just asking for some tips and tricks in throwing and flipping jigs to successfully catch Bass. Thanks!

@Preytorien I love my loon colored Whopper Ploppers as well, and you are correct in saying that it matches no forage. They are typically reaction baits, and I understand where you are coming from. Thanks for the feedback. @fishballer06 That is true. If I even think about it, all my prop baits, and buzzbaits, etc. are white or black. That helps to think about. Thanks again!
