  1. I ordered on March 3rd. Salesman said 6-8 weeks...they now say my boat is in production and will be at BPS on 5/9 (13 weeks). They also said I was the 5th to order from that BPS and that as of 3/16 they had only delivered 2 heritage's. They also sold a total of 12 boats before the stop sale order.
  2. Just talked to my local BPS to get the delivery date for my boat and they said 4100 heritages had been sold. It will be interesting to see if their number is accurate. They also said that the boats just ordered would be delivered in September?
  3. Saw one of the original "brown tracker's" yesterday. I haven't seen one in years except for Bill Dance's boat that is on display at the Memphis BPS. Not sure what year, but the Mercury on the back looked a lot like Bill's! It was in great shape. I can't wait until I get mine!
  4. Thanks for the tip! I just bought one too. I hope I can still use the $25 rebate, but at that price it's still better than anywhere else I have seen even after taking $25 off for the rebate coupon. https://www.minnkotamotors.com/promotions
  5. Called BPS today to check on my delivery status, it's been on order for 4 weeks. Bad news...the new delivery date is 5/9. Not like the WAG they gave me when I bought it of the middle of March to April at the latest...I hope it doesn't slip out any farther.
  6. One of the boats I saw at BPS had a tag on the plug for the trolling motor saying that there was a power line under that panel. It seemed like it was for mounting a depth finder up front. When someone mounts a depth finder on the bow let us know what you find. Best of luck, I hope you get it back soon.
  7. When you take off your deck to make hatches, make sure you take some photos. I'd like to add more storage too.
  8. The trailer I saw at BPS had a 7 pin connector, not a flat 4.
  9. Great guess! Never heard the hawk designation, that's a new one to me. We just know it as the original first fiberglass Skeeter circa 1968. Runs great with a 25 hp on the back, of course anything less than 14' would run great with a 25...
  10. This is my current bass boat, does anyone recognize this original bass boat built in the 60's? This is why I'm anxious for my heritage to arrive, I want a little more space! I will be in heaven with those casting decks! This boat has helped me catch a lot of fish, but it's not the most comfortable boat to fish out of.
  11. Love seeing people getting their boats delivered! Now lets's see some modification pictures. Congratulations!
  12. If the motor didn't set off any tones/horns I would think that you didn't do any damage. They should have a low oil pressure and a temperature alarm that would have gone off if you went out of limits on either oil pressure or temperature. Sorry that you had problems, was the oil fill cap loose? Any other sign of where the oil was leaking from? With that much oil leaking, it is always tough to see where the leak started from. Best of luck, on getting it fixed and getting back on the water. Glad to hear that you liked how it performed, all you need now is the oil leak fixed.
  13. Love hearing that guys are getting their boats delivered. Especially the ones that ordered just two weeks before I did. (Fingers crossed, that Thumpkeg ordered his in Texas)The salesman at BPS on Sunday told me that the console construction was the limiting factor at only 24 per day, but they have now increased it to 30 per day to try and catch up with some of the demand. Even with the added boats per day, they are now quoting June for delivery if you order it now. They are also upping the deposit to $500. The weather here has been absolute garbage, which is the only thing keeping me from really going crazy. When you guys start doing mods to your boats, please post some pictures! I like some of the ideas that jaimeastin is planning to install.
  14. Sure is nice to see some boats that have been delivered. It makes it all feel a little more real. Keep the pictures coming!
  15. Just got back from BPS for the Spring Fishing Clash fishing specials. The heritage trailer is 17 1/2" at the top of the ball for a level trailer. Now all I need is for mine to come in...
  16. After reading all of the posts about deliveries I called BPS in Pearland, Tx to check on the status of my order. They told me to call back today because the sales manager was going to call the factory to get a delivery status. When I got in touch with them today they said the orders that were received during the Houston boat show were going to be filled during the next couple of weeks. I placed my order a couple of weeks after the boat show, so they said I was still looking at about 4 weeks for my delivery. I'm hoping that they can at least meet that date, or if a miracle happens beat it.
