I can't say how good the bocas or hedgehogs are, but the price scared me away so I tried these and am the free spin pretty well. It's winter so I haven't gotten a chance to cast yet though so time will tell.

Bearing sizes
Brake side plate: 3x8x4
Handle side plate: 3x10x4
Worm shaft: 4x7x2.5 (x2)
Handle knobs: 4x7x2.5 (x2, comes stock with a bearing and plastic bushing per knob so you replace both plastic bushings)
