  1. I'm going to be targeting snook jack and redfish from the beach and around docks and I'm gonna pair it with a 3000 spinning reel
  2. I am going to florida to fish for snook, redfish and anything else inshore, and am looking into a travel rod to take but I'm not sure what would be my best option for something less than $120 to use with artificial shrimp, 3.5in to 4.5in topwaters, and other plastics.
  3. I will be going on a trip to Florida and am looking into a travel rod, but not sure what will suit my purposes the best while not breaking the bank. I have looked at the okuma nomad xpress and Citrix rids as well as tackle directs silver hook series.
  4. I looked closer and it is a 3.6oz would this be a little heavy for a blank of this length/application
  5. Thanks I think I will get it.
  6. Okay thanks for the input!
  7. What about the liberty blanks from grt bit outdoors?
  8. I'm looking for a crankbait blank and found the liberty rod blanks for 40$ on sale. I am looking at the 7'3" medium/heavy moderate for 8-12ft divers. I was wondering if any one has felt/used these blanks?
  9. Rage bugs and rage swimmers on a belly weight hook pulled through, around, and over the grass.
  10. I'm planning on getting one of these for a crankbait setup. I was wonder if anyone had any experience cranking with any of these reels.
  11. I love the DT series from rapala.
  12. I plan on throwing cranks from 1/4-5/8 mostly rapala DTs I was wondering if the moderate fast action would be to fast
  13. What are some of your go to crankbaits and favorite colors?
  14. You can't go wrong with a 6'6" or 7ft rod that's medium to medium heavy power and a fast action for most of your bass fishing. For casting combos the Abu Garcia pro max is really solid for around 70 dollars.
