I am mostly a shore fisherman so i am looking to use it for a variety of uses. I was looking on ebay last night and noticed the cheapest left handed reel was around $220 and at that point i figured i might as well just go for the new Curado DC. Still trying to decide whether or not to go DC considering the price.

Hey guys, I was wondering which reel to choose the Lew's or the Shimano. I would get the Lew's if there is not much better about the Shimano because of the easily adjustable braking system and the looks of it. Thanks!

Hey guys, I was looking into getting a new reel but didn't know which rod would pair good with it. I always loved the Abu Garcia Vendetta ever since I saw it and found the Curado K to pair with it, but then I noticed the green accents on the curado and didn't know if it would look good with the red on the vendetta. Thanks!
