  2. I know right!!!It's out of hand ,I remember when we were kids we would walk around to all the canals with a bag of culprit worm and a rod that was it and we did some damage

  5. What's funny is usually start fishing the worm towards the end of the trip,than realize I should have started off with it?
  6. It just works,to me it's what bass fishing is really about,don't get me wrong it's fun catching them on other baits but just something special about a Texas rigged worm.

    Texas rigged worm is where most of our bass fishing started but seems like it gets forgotten with all these new techniques and baits.Like most of you I got tackle bags filled with all different types of baits and lures but if I need fish in the boat I'll break out old reliable.
  8. I been reading post and seeing videos on ALX Zolo rods ,never tried one before I was hoping someone could tell me what GLoomis series rod would you compare it to? Thanks! PS Looking to get a new worm rod currently using Dobyns fury which is nice but I was thinking of upgrading.

  13. I've had good results with Rage craw used many different ways.

I've wore Costas, Wiley X and Oakley all great sunglasses but I'm rough on my sunglasses I've gone thru so many pair so I decided to picked up a pair of Strike King S11 Pickwick green mirror/Amber so if I mess them up which I will it won't hurt as bad as $300 pair of Costas, gonna try them out this weekend.Thanks for all the replies!
  15. I was using a 3/0 ewg but I was missing fish so I tried a 5/0 ewg made huge difference in hook up percentage for me I was just wondering if bigger hook on speed worm was taking some of the action away.
  16. Rod Dobyns med/heavy,daiwai tatula CT,braid 50lb,using gama 5/0 Ewg super line hook, throwing Zoom uvibe speed worm.

  20. I'm using a 5/0 Ewg on a Zoom uvibe speed worm,I figured bigger hook would increase hookup perecentage but I think it might be effecting the presentation.
