    One of my local Academy Sports stores has a clearance event that started at 8:00 AM this morning. You take 50% off their already marked down price on clearance items. They had all Dobyns Sierra rods that were marked down to $99.99 to $49.99 a piece. They had 3 models: Sierra 683C, Sierra 703C, and Sierra 734C. I got one a piece May want to check your local Academy stores today and see if they are having a clearance event. I also picked up some swimbait hooks, tungsten weights, etc. for a great price. The clearance stuffs was not in the fishing section, it was in a clearance section near the back of the store.
