10 yrs maybe longer

I just bought some braid line first time in a longg time is newer braid rod n reel friendly ie is it gonna destroy my rod n reel I know the old stuff did.Thanks

Not for nothing guys but were fishermen r job is to hook the fish and rod, reel, lurer makers r made to hook us n r wallet but hell its fun personally most I will spend on a reel is $100 Ive had $300 reels n I wasnt impressed maybe cause the expectation level was so high, dollar for dollar cant beat bps pq

Braided line is almost a must fishing here in florida a lot of grass n trees in water n the first thing a fish does once he eats the bait is wrap him self up in that stuff better have some strong line to muscle him out!65#braid on my worm n frog rod.

I hear u im only 45 but I still use old skool baits also I totally agree with everything u said,there is alot of great marketing going on which is fine u got the money go for it, i had an old timer i use to fish with that made his worms from old tore up tires when he was a kid,btw i also use that bps line n never had a problem with it n have caught plenty of fish on it.

I was wondering with all these nu skool lines out does anyone use mono anymore?

Stay away from miami its a war zone down there look at boca raton,parkland or coral springs IMO

Except for the guy I was fishing with he got skunked poor guy guy watch me catch pig after pig all day I felt terrible for him.

Had a great day fishing today,started the day wih two dinks than followed by 10 avg between 3-5lbs this was the biggest one & 7lbs!!!!!
