I took apart my shimano curado dc to clean and grease it. When I put it back together I noticed a increased amount of play in the drive shaft. It also makes a weird clucking sound when I reel it in. I looked at it again and didn't see anything broken or missing. Please help if know why its doing this and how to fix it. Thanks.

what baits do plan on throwing with that rod?

Looking to get into the swimbait game. Found two rods the dobyns fury 795 and 806. I want a rod that can throw lures like the Deps 175 and 7 inch bull shads but still work for Alabama rigs. Can the 795 handle the 7-8 inch lures? And would the 806 be to heavy for an a rig? Thanks

Do expensive lures catch more fish. All my life l thought a lure is just a lure. Do expensive lures have a better action and put out more vibration that is appealing to the fish? if so any suggestions. Thanks.

Any tips on fishing timber in the fall? I see guys pull big ones out of a tree field but when I go out I don´t even get a bite. Thanks.

Me and a buddy where out cast netting. We caught around a 2-3 inch bass in a pond. When we released it it seemed fine but after a little while he was upside down. His gills are still moving and he is fluttering his tail. Is there any way we can save this bass or is he a goner?
