The bass club to which I belong to, two to a boat catch a fish measure the fish on a golden rule with both measuring. The bass are return to the water with no fish in the live wells. All legal size fish are recorded on a piece of paper, at the end of the turny. best 5 fish are counted. Works out great with us with no dead fish at the end of the day!

So you put the black tape on first then tie or tie then black tape or either way works. Do you set your drag on low setting?

Fished with a spinning reel all my life , thought I would give a baitcaster a try this year. Been practicing in the backyard with monofilament tied on. Would like to put braid on,but how do you tie it to the spool correct and how do you set the drag right without wrecking everthing? What type of brand do you use ? Thanks.

Going to make spinnerbaits for the first time this year. Got the Do-it mold and plan on buying prebent wire forms. What I don't understand is how you bend the wire on top where the blade goes ?? Do I need to get a wire former/bender or will a round nose pliers do the trick ? Any tips on making spinnerbaits wll be appreciated. Thanks, Dennis

I got a couple bottles of Bang that I bought several years ago , but I have heard that after awhile it goes bad. Is this true should I throw it away and buy new or go ahead and use it ? ?

What size & color of indiana blades do you use, also do you change the colorado blades that are in tandem with the willow ?
