  1. I’m on little sodus bay off of Lake Ontario in New York. I have been able to pick some fish off docks with a jig, but am struggling to find a consistent bite. I watched lots of YouTube videos of Seth Feider flipping milfoil patches and catching great numbers of bass. The bay I fish is complete grass all around it, but I am struggling to find the nice type of grass to fish like he has in his videos. Lots of the grass here is nasty and stringy, not the type Seth was fishing. Anybody else in a similar situation and can help me out?
  2. I need a new reel to pair up with my St.Croix legend glass 7'4" MH rod. I have read that you need a 5 gear ratio reel or else you will be extemely fatigued. Can I get away with a 6.2/6.3:1? That is the lowest I can find on most reels I see. What reel would you guy go for with my budget and what I need? I have been considering the Curado DC, but I'm not really sold on the DC technology. Should I go for the k over the DC? Or any other suggestions?
  3. Where are you fishing a jig? And what type are you using? I have a few footballs heads and finesse jigs
  4. what size jigheads are you using with your swimbaits? I think mine aren't heavy enough they're 3/16 oz and i feel like its never on bottom
  5. Hey everyone, I have started the 2020 season horribly so far with zero bass total after fishing a week or so. Just wanted to ask my northern friends how they are catching bass right now in this cold weather?
