i fish with the Pflueger summit LP and it is very low profile and is geared at 7.1:1. awesome reel and runs about 160 dollars. another for around 80 dollars and is great for the price is the bass pro shops extreme reels. i have a friend who fishes the ABU revo's and they are from $99 to $200. all of these are the reels of my choice and if i could only pick one it would be the summit.

oakley.....all others are just second place. oakley has done several tests with fixed eyes and nothing else compares. there is no distortion from left to right or up and down and you can keep these glasses on for days without getting a headache (distotion is what you dont want). so if you want the best glass and dont want to look through adhesive layers of tint and filters then oakley is the choice for champs. one layer means HD optics. VanDam dont wear them for nothing.
