Got a question. New to bass fishing. Been reading about tournaments. What's an open tournament? If I understand right, some are just open to members of bass clubs. Open tournaments are open to anyone. Am I right?

Hey all, just joined! I'm a minister/assistant pastor, play bluegrass on the mandolin and guitar. Looking to get into fishing just for bass. Been fishing for anything that bites, LOL! Now wanting to concentrate on bass. Thanks for having men......God bless!
