  1. Thanks alot for the info. That will be very helpful for me.
  2. I just saw them as well in the new BASS magazine. Looks like a great rod.
  3. I have 2 E750's and a few accurists that I'd like to apply some hot sauce to. Where should I apply it exactly? Thanks for any help.
  4. I was thinking the same thing. I've tried everything nothing seems to be working. I fish it once a week, I'm the only one fishing it.
  5. I've been fishing this pond for the past 2 months roughly. I've been using 3 and 4" senkos and have been catching alot of bass, both large and small ones and alot of them. Anyway, the past week maybe, I've noticed the bite has slowed down quite a bit. I also noticed the carp are in the shallows as well, I think they may be spawning or something. Could they have an effect on the bass behavior to bite? I was thinking it too may be the bass are done spawning maybe???? Anyone have any advice? How long will the bass stay in the shallows anyway? This is my first year really concenttrating on plastics and I've tore them up so far.
  6. Anyone know anythign about the tracker fiberglass boats? Any good? I saw one for sale but havnt went to look at it yet. It's a 1986 17' with Mercury XR2 engine. Let me know if you know anything about them.
  7. Can you buy a kit for a hand controlled TM to make it a foot controlled TM?
  8. Is there a website somewhere that shows you how to pretty much turn a jon boat into a bass boat with front and rear casting decks, livewell and other compartments? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  9. I know it has a 50hp merc on it. My dad told me it is a wide boat too.
  10. Ok, my brother has this aluminum boat that he bought from a guy who used it for striper fishing on the Cumberland river. It has a big livewell/baitwell, steering console, 74lb thrust minn kota trolling motor and he bought this lowarance fishfinder/depth finder/gps for it and I think that thing alone cost him $1500. He has used this boat twice and owned it for 5 years now. I also know he bought the trolling motor brand new as well. I tried a few years back and he wouldnt sell it to me unless I'd give up an arm or leg. A few years later, my dad asked him last night if he knew anyone with a bass boat for sale in the 3500-4000 range and he said no, why, are you looking and dad told him no I'm not looking, lil brother wants one. So he told my dad he would sell it for $3000. Do you all think this is a good deal? The boat has also been stored always indoors, my dad said he bought an expensive cover for it a few years ago too. What do you all think? I really want a boat for bass fshing and once in awhile going down to the river to fish for cats. Is 20' too too long?
  11. The one I'm looking at is a '96 and has front and rear casting decks and livewell. I just never heard of them before.
  12. Thats the exact rod I'm using right now. It's a BPS XPS but I'm going to change the rod to either and all star or falcon. Also, for me I'm more comfortable fishing with plastics with spinning gear. I have a Shimano Stradic that I use.
  13. what action and length of rods work best for worm fishing?
  14. I was just wondering. I'm in the market for a boat and I found a 1996 spectrum and I can get it for a good deal and it has everything but what you just said scares me. :-[
  15. Fisher or spectrum boats? I guess Fisher bought spectrum? Anyone know anything about these boats? Any good?
