Anybody know what the closest freshwater lakes/ponds with ramps to Revere would be? I’m doing some work on my engine and need to just be able to drop it in the water quick after work to make sure it cranks on. Somewhere that won’t have a real low HP restriction.

First time spring fishing in NE and wanting to get the bass boat out after hearing Cape Cod is freeing up, but nervous about overnight freezes still happening and the engine being wet. Anyone got tips? Is it safe to go out when it’s 40-50 degrees and dropping back in the 20s or teens at night? I had the boat winterized and wrapped, but now it’s unwrapped and I keep it tarped. Itching to just get on the water some, but don’t want to ruin anything due to inexperience with the weather up here.
