Almost white little pond bass out of East TN. Caught him on a Keitech and underspin. It’s about time to get back on the lake.

If you live near a lake or river I would recommend driving and looking. You’d be surprised what you can find sitting in people’s yards or barns that they don’t use or want anymore. Another thing you may try is going to a nearby boat mechanic and seeing if they have anything. It’s pretty common for those guys to buy boats and have them sitting around for “future projects”. Besides that I would strongly recommend Facebook marketplace. I’ve bought several things from the site and haven’t had any problems. Best of luck and I hope that helps!

I have a field and stream angler 10 and I’m curious about what electronics everyone is running. I have a hummingbird piranhamax DI and a garmin Stryker 4. I run sonar on one and mapping on the other or if someone is fishing with me I’ll run sonar on both and put one in the back. I’m wanting to get a singlet unit that will do everything I need. I would prefer something with clearer sonar. Also, is a casting deck reasonable if you plan to fish with another person?

This is my first year fishing prespawn due to lack of time in the past. I’m much more familiar with pond fishing than river/lake fishing. I’ve had trouble catching anything decent for the past month or so. Does anyone have recommendations for what is producing bites on watts bar right now? I’m bank fishing at the moment because I’m working on boat registration at the moment (boating laws suck). Any help is greatly appreciated.
