Is it a good lure to use when bass are schooling in the shallow by rocks? If not what is a good lure for that case. Also sorry for all the questions

I don’t think it’s going to be a big storm where I live it lasts at most 2 hours but usually under an hour it’s a thunderstorm the weather says now storms are so small here it might even not storm

Last and first time I threw a wacky rig it was on a ewg worm hook and it kept spinning is there a reason for this?

I saw these people catch a bass right next to me I talked to them they said they had caught 21 bass that day in the spot I was in the place I fish has multiple ponds and lakes all super close any tips? I don’t understand why I can’t catch a bass but people around me can.

The two Choices for the black max is either 6.6 moderate fast medium or 7 foot medium heavy fast which do you recommend? Will a seven footer work well for bank fishing or if it was your preference would you rather go with 6.6
