Looking For a Good Maintenance Free Trolling Battery
Yes, lithium is definitely outside the budget. I wouldn't want to go over $200 for my needs. I have never heard that about lead acid batteries. I don't have a big, heavy boat. Spend about 3 to 4 hours on the water per trip. Only really use full thrust to get to first spot and coming back to dock. So, can I get enough Amp Hours for my needs for under $200 ?

Looking For a Good Maintenance Free Trolling Battery
Hi guys. I'm looking for a maintenance free deep cycle battery to run a Minn Kota Endura 50. I only get to go fishing once in awhile, so, I don't want to break the bank. I only fish rivers and small lakes. Don't need one for starting. Was wanting to hear some suggestions from more experienced boaters. Is this one ok ? DieHard Marine Gold Marine Pro Battery, Group Size 29HM, 675 CCA. And is this one considered a dual battery ? Thanks.

I Need a Short Deep Cycle Battery
Didn't even know there was such a thing. If my choices are that expensive, I may just have to eat the expense of the battery power center, and just go back to a group 27 deep cycle.

I Need a Short Deep Cycle Battery
My battery compartment in my boat isn't very tall. I wanted to put my battery in a battery center I bought awhile back. I had to cut the battery center box down. Now I need to find a battery that is 6 inches or less high. I won't get to use it as often as I would like, so I don't want an expensive one. Anyone know of any batteries that short, that will power a trolling motor with at least 40 lbs. thrust ? Thanks.

Sun Dolphin Pro 120 Owners Discussion
I'm new here and just wanted to say hello. It's nice to see a forum with other owners of the Pro 120. Monday will be the 14 year anniversary of when I first met my boat. Sadly I haven't used it since I got married. ? I was just cleaning it up today, making sure it was sea worthy. I don't live really close to many good places to fish my boat. But I used to take it all over the state. I want to get out there again. I was teaching my kids how to cast today. I've tried looking for the wooden middle seat that used to be an option with this boat, but can't find anything about it. I'd like to make one for my kids to sit on when I take them out. Anyone know what wood the original one was made of ? I also have been looking for replacement screw in drain plug gaskets. Anyone know who would have those ( .850 I.D. - 1.25 O.D ) ? Look forward to following this thread.
