  1. I'm headed to Kissimmee next week for a family trip and want to do some fishing while I'm there. Does anyone know of some good lakes to bank fish in the area? Are there any good access points to fish from the banks of Lake Toho? Thanks!
  2. Thanks for the replies. I'll look into the rentals at Okeechobee. I was thinking about going down there for a day, as well. I used to live in the Stuart/Port St. Lucie area and haven't fished Okeechobee in over 30 years. I did find a web site for a company that rents fishing boats primarily on East Toho and their web site says they will also rent West Toho. I'm still looking into them and could end up with a guided trip. I've got time to decide. The company I'm looking at is here. https://recreationalwatersports.com/boats/ Thanks again!
  3. Understood. This outing will be primarily to spend quality time with my son. Fishing is the excuse to do it!
  4. We're taking a family trip to Kissimmee at the end of May and I'm anxious to fish Lake Toho. I'm looking for bass boat (or similar) rentals on the lake, but all I can find are guided charters. Does anyone know if there are boat rentals available? I'm hoping to make it a nice father-son outing and don't really want a guide along with us. Thanks!
