hey what are u guys catching bass with? I've been out a bunch of times this year but i have still not caught any bass yet. i've mostly been fishing in coves should i be fishing deeper?

hey fished the reservoir in wilton yesterday with no luck but i didn't really walk around the shore, saw a school of about 10 small perch in the water though and some small sunfish. it was pretty busy there yesterday. going back today to walk around the pond more and hopefully get some luck.

It looks good from the shore but i only fished for like a half hour cause it was getting dark and the mosquitos were out pretty bad, the road wasn't that bad there were a couple spots where there was some mud but it wasn't anything to worry about its alot better than it was last week. Where u fish from shore do you go in through that spot between the fence theres like a small section inbetween fence, thats where u go in right? I've had good luck from the shore there but the better spots require some trekking through the bramble and yeah, the skeeters can be fierce. I'm looking forward to getting on it with my kayak to hit some of the spots that are otherwise inaccessible. How was the access road? Still rough? Traffic is pretty screwy in Wilton with 101 closed due to that little landslide from the storm but hopefully that will be resolved in the next few days.

hey fished the wilton reservoir for a little bit today didn't stay there long because i went a little before dusk which was dumb because it was pretty bad with mosquitos, didn't get anything but it looks like a good place if u can get out on a canoe, i just fished off shore.

Has anyone ever fished Lake Skatutakee in harrisville i heard its good for pike im hoping to go up there sometime this year if so any recommendations. srry again for posting this on a bass site keep forgetting

hey guys went to baboosic friday, just shore fishing from beach didn't get anything, then later went to mine falls park in nashua and fished off the small bridge there and didn't get anything kept getting snagged on things off the bridge Saturday mine falls again still didn't get anything realized what i kept getting stuck on was a mongoose bicycle lol. Next weekend i'll go on a boat on baboosic so hopefully i'll have better luck. let me no if u guys are catching anything

Senkos, tubes, cranks and jigs (in that order) have all worked very well for me there. Good luck and let us know how you make out. drove by there today and wouldnt be able make it down that road in my car so its gonna be baboosic this weekend i'll let you know how i do

anything you'd recommend using at the reservoir?

thank you i will definately check it out sometime this weekend as long as i can get in there. i'll be sure to let you know how it goes, i'll charge my camera and get some pics if i get anything good and post them.

ya baboosic is pretty good you'll catch mostly smaller fish though those are the biggest fish i've caught out of there, i kept the one in the picture but i will never do it again i should have just let it go, but i've caught a 16" out of there as well and then just a lot of sunfish and smaller bass, beach gets busy in the summer though so if u want to fish off shore in the summer go when the lifeguards are off duty which is around 6p.m. i think. my hopes of going out on baboosic tomorrow might not happen with this snow now >...pain if i mapquest and get to Hills Ferry Road, once i get on that if i stay on it will that bring me right to the launch?

thank you bassin, thats my biggest so far its 19 3/4" and was a little over 3#s caught last year at baboosic and that same day i caught one a little over 17" and around 3#s right off the beach

has anyone here ever fished at mine falls park in nashua i was just on google looking for a spot on the merrimack river and that came up it said you can fish there and it has a few boat launches "it is bordered on the north by the Nashua River and on the south by the Millpond and canal system"

Wheres the reservoir in wilton???

Hi all i just started fishing baboosic last year and i love it but i dont think theres a public boat launch you can get in with a canoe in the beach area but during the summer the lifeguards sometimes don't let u bring a pole with your canoe. Does anyone know where a good spot to fish at the merrimack river is i wanna fish that this year
