  2. Looking for opinions on Trilene 100% fluorocarbon

    As a complete noob to fishing who’s in his early 40’s I’ve recently purchased a Shimano 2500FC with a Shimano Sellus 7.1” 2-piece spin rod as my first setup. Just from my limited research and lack of skill I decided I would run my first spool of fluorocarbon… now keep in mind your dog’s probably know more about fishing than me. With that being said I want to buy the best quality FL line I can get to eliminate as much user error as possible. I’ll probably hot water soak the line as well… but I guess my question is what brand is considered the best quality without factoring price?
