I have looked for the information on if LEAD spinner baits and [painted skirted jigs are legal and cant find a definite answer. Also what is the fine for LEAD worm slip weights? If I have a loose one in my compartment what would I be charged? Or if my fishing partner is using it what would the fine be? Just heard it is $500.00 per line. I hope that isn't true!

Hi Guys..and Gals, I had a device you could drop in the water and it would tell you the best choice for lure color depending on the dept. It had a white probe with a black line and a 8"round dial. It used to work great but I no longer have it and cant remember what it was called. They also sold fluorescent lures (rapala) based on the colors. Does anybody know what it was called?
