The floating weeds are gone
Air Temp had dropped the last week to mid 60s. No instruments to tell me water temp. Hydrilla still around 3ft-6ft depth. Creek channel probably 6-15 ft deep. Stained water 1 foot visibility maximum They're not by the wood near the bank or hitting spinnerbaits above the hydrilla. 2 90 degree bends in this particular creek. Are they in the channel? Muddy, silty bottom mostly except some rock in those bends(outside wall on both bends) And the water level has dropped a foot in the last month. What would you be throwing and where?

How to cover water from shore?
When I'm bank fishing I walk the edge and fan cast the same lure for 30 minutes or so. Fishing any cover(lay down etc)I can find(either around it with my ml rod or in it with my mh rod)

Lake Okeechobee 2nd week.....
Unfortunately I've decided to go elsewhere. I'll be fishing in central Florida instead. Thank you for sharing your information though. I'll take this post down if I can, I'm relatively new here.

Lake Okeechobee 2nd week.....
Of October. I'm going to be there. I'll have 1 mh rod with me. I'll be renting a jon boat at Roland martins place if they're available. Should I go early am or in the evening? What baits work well there in October? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

I have the 3000 model on a med light extra fast and use it for drop shot. Ned rig etc.... I've caught 80+ fish up to 4 pounds and have zero issues

Do you need to set the hook hard....
On a crankbait like you do with a t-rig? They throw these square bills often when they jump. 😑

That Lew's combo....
Did well on its maiden voyage. That lay down produced 3. 1/4 oz Trig June bug 4 back lashes but the tape did it's job. No back lashes after the first hour. My thumb learned quickly. I also figured out adjusting the tension for different weighted lures in that first hour 😂 Tight Lines y'all

Thank you all very much. When it comes in I'll check the action. I think I get it now. 🙄 I'm slow on the uptake sometimes. I'm looking for a fast action for jigs spinnerbaits etc? If it's moderate what could I throw?

Maybe A Dumb Question (pics)
Resize the picture on the phone. Click the edit button(mine is a pencil icon). After that top right is 3 dots.... Click on the 3 dots and resize is 1 of the options. I change to the lowest resolution to fit on bass resource.
