  1. I've seen a few videos from beltzville from shore and seems you just gotta hit the season and time right. But nockamixon will be the closest to me since we are moving. But shore fishing can be hard there too. I'll have to check out the river forum.
  2. Oh cool. I'm about 30-45 minutes south of Allentown along the Delaware River. Had my first trip up to beltzville this year. Decent lake up there. I fish mostly local to my area though.

  4. Just seeing this. I personally have all the models of this rod as they are very good for the price. I have used braid on all of them without any issues. they are great rods for the price. I think they are plenty sensitive. If your used to expensive rods they may feel cheap, but that's the difference between 30 and 200 dollars. I use these for a small boat my buddy has so if something happens, i don't lose much. The tip is a little soft, especially on the medium casting. But for my use, it works wonders. I also suggest grabbing the UL or the ML spinning rods. I accidently caught several 4lb bass on the UL with 6lb Braid while crappie fishing. They are a blast to use for the money. Had mine for 2 seasons now and no issues. I also like the hook holder location and design. Personal preference. Makes using a drop shot easy to just hook my weight.
