You can order parts directly from Daiwa but be ready to wait months for it to be shipped. I ordered a new knob handle directly from Daiwa for my Daiwa reel and it's been a month.....I called them to check on my order and they said it will take longer due to QC....I ordered a $6 part and they have thousands of orders that need to go through QC before being shipped....I am guessing they do not have enough employees.....QC for a $6 part😂😂 What a joke. I would suggest buying direct from a retailer..... The part I need for my reel is not available from retailers in my area..... If you buy directly from Daiwa....don't hold your breath......be ready for a long long long long long long wait.....
