Tips.
Hello. Tried messaging you on yahoo, but no reply.. So I will reply here. I am only giving you tips from my sense and opinion... Lures: Boo-yah Spinnerbaits, Crankbaits, Heddon Torpedos, Zoom Bubblegum Plastic Worms, Rapala Minnows, Buzzbaits, Senko Worms, there are a ton of baits you can use, just a matter of preference. Rod: If you are fishing for bass, I wouldnt buy anything under a Medium. I use Ugly Sticks made my Shakespere(sp), but they get pricey. There are other rods out there, but again, its a matter of preference. Tips: I would pick up a book or a few magazeens(sp) and read up on it. Also there are dvd/vhs's out that you can buy at Bass Pro or other local places. Check your television lineup for Outdoor Life Network, and .VS channel. Both of those channels have alot of nice bass fishing shows, and you will learn alot from them. Good luck! James

Saving your wacky rigged plastics from ripping!
Try a size smaller ring. I get mine at Home Depot. Not sure the brand name of the company, but there are so many out there I just grab what looks best. Good luck! -James

Saving your wacky rigged plastics from ripping!
Hello Everyone, Not sure if anyone has posted this or not yet. I have looked but couldnt find anything?.. So here it goes. Some of you may know this trick already... But what I just found out from my fishing buddy, is if you wacky rig a senko or any other type of plastic worm, you can use an o-ring.. Just get your hook, and put the o-ring around the plastic, and then put the hook between the ring and the worm, and slide it down to the middle part of the bend in the hook. Works really well for me, and saves alot of money and rips. To find the correct o-ring size, take your plastic(s) to a hardware store, and see what fits. It needs to be snug, and not loose. Good luck, and I hope I taught at least one person this trick. Thanks! -James

Does anyone know how to raise a bluegill?
I am very interested in raising a bluegill in an aquarium. I have a 10 gallon tank, with gravel and plants. Also I have a filter and a light. I dont need a heater because the water doesnt get cold. Just wondering if I caught a really small bluegill if I could raise it in my aquarium and what I would need to do to keep it alive and what to feed it. Thanks everyone. James
