RW, What is the weight of jig you are using for the large kut tails??? i'm guessing it's the megastrike 2 jig.

as with any "new" technique try it when you are already catching fish on something else. This will help you gain confidence in the bait. A shakey head can be deadly!

Fished the quan yesterday afternoon for a few hours. Nice to get out on a non tourney day and just have fun! A buddy and I landed close to 10. Here are two of the better ones. Flipping jigs in deep lay downs is always fun!!!

they stop stocking it in march normally. I'm pretty sure they didn't even stock it this year due to all the construction. I think Fairfax was the only local stock program.

I agree they are very good. One of my favorites despite their injuries but I don't think think they were picked to go very far this tourney. Not sure why but I rarely heard anything positive about them leading up to the cup.

FYI: Dicks (NoVa, could be others too) had a sale on SK cranks. 5 baits for $10. Cashier actually hooked me up and charged me $1.49 a bait!!!
