Do you think affairs are mostly started purposely or accidentally? I've lost count how many I have seen started up at work It still amazes me on how others convince themselves that their new partner will not cheat on them when in fact that's what started their relationship ;D

Seriously the only thing that burns me about forums is the buddy thing, I've seen forum buddy's chase around someone they for what ever reason didn't like, and insult or badger(what ever you call it) them. Spelling and grammar don't bother me, nor does obvious questions. :

we're a small group of salary workers and the employer has not kept track of the time since past, something has changed and they started to this year. but its not a good way, it started off by others are suppose to tell on ya if your not here, then now its required that you have to keep it updated. well I found out today that I'm the only one that was being kept tracked of on leaving early so that peed me off for being singled out, I have three leave early days this whole year so far, so by no means am I taking advantage of it. I'm concerned about it and may need to seek some Fair act policy about it, I don't know right now just a bit peed off, can't think straight.

Any salary workers on here, I have a question for ya. Does your employer keep track of your attendance? Lates, Days off and or sick days??
