My buddy bought a Revo S combo ( Allstar rod ) and how does the cover come off to set the brakes? I tryed and I could not get it to open or come off. Is there a trick?

I believe there is a screw on the handle side at the top which runs over to the brake side. Loosen the screw and then the brake side cover should come off. I can't remember if the side cover comes off up or down.

Loosen the thumb screw and rotate the side plate, I believe clockwise (front up). It should come off easily, don't force anything.
