Would you rather shakey with a floating or sinking worm?

I have some Zoom Finesse June Bug color, pretty old but never opened it, not sure if they sink or float.. wondering if I'd catch anything with it... or maybe some D&M 5" or 7″ Finesse Floating worms.

I prefer sinking worms. I throw a ton of shaky heads and feel I get fewer bites on sinking worm but I get more hook ups and bigger fish. I think the small fish like to nip a the floating tails so when I set the hook it just rips the tail off.

Never had any luck using floating worms on shakeyheads. I use a lot of Zoom trick worms and magnum finesse worms and Netbait finesse worms along with 4" stickbaits.

Contrary to those above, i prefer the floating variety (roboworms especially). I shake it pretty aggresivly and that floating tail realy seems to attract the bass. Im sure both catch fish, i just have more confidence in the floating style.

I'm pretty sure the zoom finesse float. Take one and throw it in a bucket of water and find out.
