Memphis Fish-A-Holic

Featured Replies

Hello my name is chris and i am a fishaholic....i have been at it for 28 years!! born and raised here in Memphis but lived in Charleston SC from 2002-2008, and Denver Co from 2008-2010...been back here in Memphis for a few years now...

I started fishing when i was 0 years old...started fly fishing when i was 14 years old....i love fly fishing..but i still do my fair share of spin fishing...usually whatever it takes to get a tight line!! i target any and all kinds of fish with the my flyrod! Gar, Bass, Bream, Carp, Trout, Saltwater fish, etc....i also go to arkansas pretty regularly to hit the cold rivers. Catchin a bass on the fly rod is too fun for words, so thats what i try to do the most these days!

So...years later, Im back in Memphis...i have found that most of my old go to ponds around town now suck...it seems some very hungry fisherman have depleted the ponds. found this forum when i was looking for some new spots...anybody got any advice, let me know... i practice C&R 99% of the time....1%= catching some bream or catfish....i throw all my bass back bc i want to catch them again after they keep growing...also, anybody that wants to go rip some lips with me, let me know. i have a crazy schedule, but we can make it work.

tight lines and sore lips......

Chris

p.s. enjoy some pics of my recent memphis catches.
