picked up some viciuos floro 12# I LIKE IT i tried vicious before and hated it looks like they improved a lot

I have the same line on 4 of my reels and love it. This is my first venture into fluorocarbon line and I am really impressed so far.

I must have got some older stuff, I hated it. It was way too stiff.

just bought some vicious fluoro in 10 pound, mainly for leader material on my spinning rod that is spooled with braid.

im considering putting it on my baitcaster as main line.

im currently using 14 pound stren original on my baitcaster, and have no problems with it. but am wanting to respool before my tournament this weekend.

what would you guys do? go with the trusted stren, or try out the vicous?

Stick with what you know before a tourny, not a good time to experiment with different things. Wait until you're fun fishing and then try out some Vicious. I'd suggest the Vicious Elite, it fishes very nicely.
