I take the rear treble off of a chug bug and attach another one with a split ring. They used to sell them this way. Works great early and late. I use the clear ones

I do this to all the baits that don't have split rings on them  when I buy them.

HMMMM...I think he is talking about making sort of a jointed topwater bait of sorts. :-? I think I may take a look at this and see if it works that way. You Got a picture or maybe a better explanation Ozark??

Some guys take this fishin stuff serious. 

i think this has been in bassmaster mag in the crafty page before. looks like an interesting idea, ill bet it would kill it in a pond.

the dbl chug bug was even popular back about 10-15 years ago in the north texas lakes.
