Need Some Advice On A Triton Boat

Featured Replies

Im currently in Afghanistan right now and one of my buddies told me his father in law is selling his boat. Its a 2011 Triton 17 Pro series 90hp. His father in law is ex military so im not worried about it being a lemon or anything like that. His wife has gotten diabetes since he bought it and forced him to sell it since it is just sitting at the marina. There is a total of 13 hours on it. He is asking 16000 just so he can pay off what is left on the loan. Just wondering what you guys think as far as the price and everything else goes. Thanks and hope everyones doing good.

NADA didn't list a pro. It listed an explorer.

Thats what i meant was a explorer 17..Anyone got some help? By the way this would be my first boat, so if anyone could tell me anything about triton boats and how well of a boat they are etc. that would be helpful. Thanks

The boat and trailer books for $13,000. 90HP sounds a bit under powered for an 18' boat unless that is an aluminum boat.

What brand of motor is on it?
