Hi, my name is Jason Short and I'm from northeast Ohio. I just turned 15 years old today and have been fishing seriously for 2 years. I'm on the Jr. Pro Staff for The Bass College and Ohio Bass Pro. I'm also on the Regional Pro Staff for Powell Rods. My biggest bass was caught this spring and was 23 inches and full of eggs. I fish local ponds from shore and local lakes with a guy from church. I am a member of the Tri-County Jr. Bassmasters and finished first in the jr. standings this year. Next year or in two years I will start fishing local open tournaments and moving from those to Federation events and BFL's (once I'm old enough to register for those).
