Question About Revo Premier

Featured Replies

Just got a revo premier and immedately spooled it up with 15lb fluro. the other day i was fooling with it and when taking off the side plate and trying to take the spool out i couldnt. all it did was move very slightly to the left towards the opening but wouldnt go anymore. it looked like that the spool itself was to big for the opening which prevented for it to slide out. has anyone else had this issue or any ideas???

Hold it sideways with the opening face down and give it a shake, it will come out. Its just small enough to fit out, the allowances are pretty tight

I have never had that issue before with my premier.

Did you over spool it?

I noticed mine was tighter than most, but at no point did i have a problem with it. Like stated above, i just turned mine sideways and gave it a shake and it came out.

Make sure the line is caught between the spool and frame and that the reel is not over-spooled. The spool should pretty much fall right out but the first time you might have to gently lift it out.
