Fishing After The Hurricane?

Ive been stuck at my job in the city since Monday morning holding down the fort during the storm. It was extremely bad here in NYC and it's going to take a very long time to restore everything back to normal. The rain was minimal but the high tide/storm surge and wind was devastating. Hopfully I can get home to the Poconos tonight, do some fishing tomorrow and see how it is!

I would say it depends where you live in the poconos, them pines can't hold themselves up when a good storm hits.

Im 5 minutes east of philly on the jersey side. We didnt get any damage, few people in the neighborhood had trees down. Im gonna be fishing tomm, hopefully the storm picked the bite up, its been slow for me....

I just came back from a lake around my house ( community lake ) I fish a water fall area, this water fall feed the lake. It was a blast of LMB, it is like people say " after the mess is the best "

Good luck guys,
