It is time for a new digital scale.  These have always been like purchasing grab bag, never know if they are accurate.  So, i thought I would put  up a pole to help my purchase.  I can add to the list just let me know.

All i know is do not buy the BPS scale. Don't have any experience with the other scales.

I do not know if it is the best but the XTools fits my need.  I fish from a canoe so floating is a big plus.  It is a gripper so I do not have to poke the fish with the hook.  And here is Minnesota we have toothy fish (pike and musky) so having the gripper again gives me an advantage dealing with them.

I voted for the X-Tools one as well. I haven't used any of the others, but Ive been happy with the X-Tools scale. Really like that it floats. I know some guys calibrate their scales, but I have no need to do that. I trust the readout.

Wait a minute.  Now that I think about it, I know I used to catch a lot bigger fish before I got this scale. Maybe something is wrong!

i like my berkley digital lip grip a lot. i don't know anything about the berkley tec you have listed, but i'd choose that over what else you have listed.

I talked to the people at IGFA regarding digital scales & they recommended Salter Brecknell as the most reliable that they test for record certification.  A 55lb scale is $89.95 and a 100lb on sale for $79.95. If you fish for mutiple species & travel to remote areas it is a bargin. It reads in pounds with ounces, pounds in tenths & kilo's with a tare feature for weighing in a net/bag. I just bought one last week.

Best? A Salter. Berkleys are usually pretty accurate. Check them against different known weights before you take their word for gospel.

I use the Xtools, it's accurate and hasn't let me down.

I don't know your fishing habits.... but I would not recommend getting the 15lb scale you mentioned.  You would hate yourself if you caught a fish over 15#.  Just my .02c

Washington State record LMB is 11.57 lbs.  Chances are, the 15 lb. will be fine.

This was also my previous scale.  I found (unfortunately) at my last tourney it is very inconsistent.  I was off 12 oz. for total bag.  Makes one wonder how well he is culling, glad I use the beams for culling.

My apologies for not clarifying scale options.  This is a scale you would have in your boat to use as part of your culling system.
