That really surprises me. Were they all caught on The Rig?

Sorry road warrior never got a report on what they were caught on

Second place had a 26# sack

WOW!  We sucked!  But no A-rigs either!  Didn't even find a bunch of shad.  Water was 47-49.  We fished all in Yellow Creek.

I haven't got to go in a while, and with baseball season about to begin I'm going to be busy but I'm ready to get after it

Yeah it was the a rig that was catchin em. I have went a couple times here recently but haven't been very successful. Caught some nice stripers and a couple largemouths

Do you know where they were catching them?  Maybe just a depth range, or key feature?

Jef

to be honest im not sure, the ones i've caught have been anywhere between 15 & 25ft. just found some schools on my depth finder and starting chunking at em ha. with the water up like it is i wonder where they caught em myself.

We caught our fish in 15-20 FOW close to a creek channel drop.  Never found any solid schools of baitfish to speak of. Wondering if the rise in water has them spread out.  Seemed the thermocline was at ~ 30ft.

Talked with another friend last night. Besides some nice bag weights Saturday,

they included two 8+ and 11+.  Not a lot of bites from what I gather. As usual,

ya gotta find the fish! This is another reason The Rig is so effective, covering

a lot of water.

Woo-Hoo!

Main lake points is the report I got about the big sacks. Suspended jerks &  deep cranks is what another friend said but Im sure some were A-Rig. Like said before those that found the schools were lights out, others had a tough day..

They have had some big sacks this winter out of this tournament trail!  http://pwbt.webs.com/apps/photos/
