Trigger-X Softbaits

Featured Replies

It looks like these are a Rage Tail knockoff.  They come in a clamshell package and are advertised at my local Walmart on an endcap for $2  Are they any good?

Trust me, they are no where near the lures that the Ragetails are.. :)

Sorry.  I Searched for "Trigger-X" I should have tried it without the dash.  I got the info i needed.

I really liked the trigger-x I used the 4inch grub last year during the spawn and the smallmouth loved em, but at the same time its hard to beat the ragetail

i haven't used them before (so i'm not defending them, in fact, i actually think they're pretty gimmicky), but how can a soft plastic suck that bad?

i also heard that the clamshell packs are the older trigger-x, i believe that this year rapala came out with a revised formula. can anyone confirm this?
