Sending My Veritas In For Repairs

Featured Replies

Im planning on getting a Veritas this weekend. I have been worried about all the breaking I have heard about, but the customer service sounds good enough to give them a try

You have nothing to worry about. Some other companies want you to saw the rod in half, ship it to them, blah blah...pay 40 dollars, ignore your emails, not ABU.

The couple times Ive dealt with them over at Abu has been great. I use other brands also but,  customer service is a main reason that I will continue to buy their products. I guess there is a reason they say For Life.
