OK I bought a spool of this today in 65lb.  Haven't opened it yet and am starting to have a little buyers remorse, thinking maybe I should have gotten another brand.  Thought I'd give it a try, as I am a fan of the trilene.  Just wanted to hear from anyone that either knows anything about the line overall and how it performs.

I have used the 10-20lb berkley pro and loved it. Pretty similar to power pro...

If you feel uncomfortable just exchange it.  I personally would not return it, not because of any review, some will always be positive and some negative.  Line is a nominal expense as compared to the rod and reel that you may put it on.  If you dislike it you have gotten an education, and if you love it you have made a discovery.   Either way it's win-win, you know not to buy it again or it may just be your new go to line.

Unless its not the diameter you want, it'll be fine. Other than a select 2-3 I've tried, most braids are fairly similar.

I tried this braid and didnt care for it much, it seemed to me that the fibers came apart very easy and it was a little rough.  I liked my suffix 832 and PP better.
