Has anyone tried the new Scatter rap by Rapala?

What are you talking about?

I was hoping to get a look at one at the local tackle store tonight, but they didn't have any.  I will pick one or two up when I can find them.

Wow, people are really jumping the gun.  I doubt if they have even begun to ship them out at the moment.  TW says they won't even have any until mid to late March. 

I purchased 3 at the Classic Expo.  I won't be able to try them out for a few more weeks.  They also did a presentation in one of the tanks.  It seems to look pretty cool.  It has a hunting motion rite out of the box.

I'm curious about them but I'm not in any hurry to pick any up. Almost bought one at the Expo but I'm so skeptical about the durability of any Rapala bait that I decided to wait. 

I'll pick up a couple the first chance I get, I'm fairly excited to try them. I'm not a huge Rapala guy but I really like the "idea" of these baits and I hope they work as advertised. If they do in fact have the hunting action to them I think they will be killer cranks where I fish.

I'm right there with you on this one, I've enjoyed good success on their DT20's but I've had quite a few of them "blow up" on me as well. All I get back is the bill.

Just messing around. This is like the third post about the Scatter rap. If you scrolled down or go to the next page you'll see bunch of on going discussions. Normally MODs will lock threads that keep repeating other threads.

Oh and BTW there are some people that have it already and used it. They have limited supplies at some places plus.

Got some at the expo but have yet to use them. They went really fast there.
