I know this post was started in 2013 but I guess this would be considered my home lake. There is still a lot of good fish being caught out of here all year long but the fishing pressure is unreal. At least two tournaments every weekend in the Spring through late Autumn. It has a variety of different covers to fish from but mine would be the flooded timber areas.

Thats when you slip in during the week or at night. My Dad is from Fort Gay.

Unfortunately, my work schedule only allows weekends most of the time. I haven't tried night time fishing for bass yet. I may have to put that on my list.

Nite fishing can be hit or miss but when its on its a blast.. just gotta be careful on the water almost no visibility.. know where your at and the area your fishing..
