Went to Dick Sporting Good and got a tube of megastrike and was wondering if it will work for other species beside LMB. Such as trout, panfish, and striper.

I've caught Salmon and Northern Pike on jigs with MegaStrike. 

The original scent should work with various species of fish.

Yep, it works for all types of species.

I don't know, but I use it on everything that isn't already scented. I have watched bluegills in shallow, clear water pick up a bait with megastrike on it and not let go until I have reeled them all the way back to the boat.

I also think it works, and works very well.

It's particularly good when the bite is tough. Just after ice out and it's helping me catch bass already up north.

Whether it's the MegaStrike or not, I've caught a number of species with it.

 

JJ's Magic, too. Used to dip all my crappie baits in JJ's...plus a little MegaStrike.
