My Tuf-Line Review

Featured Replies

I fished my sample spool of Tuf Line for about 2 hrs on Saturday and about 1 hr on Sunday.  I was throwing a GLX BCR 855 with a 3/4oz black blue jig.

The line is smoother and quiter then any braid I've ever put through those Recoil guides.  Casting was a breeze and the line laid pretty flat on the water with no curl.  I really liked this feature of the line.  Keeping feel with the jig was great as any braid.

While fishing the rocks I did run into abraision issues.  I broke my original jig off on a hook set after fishing for about 30 min in the rocks.  I must have drug it across some sharp rocks and did not catch the cut/wear on the line.

Overall,  I like the line.  Its a good braid.
